The Times Higher Education Awards has awarded the University of Strathclyde in two consecutive years: as "UK University of the Year" in 2012, and as "UK Entrepreneurial University of the Year" in 2013.

 

 

 

 

 

Our Department

The Strathclyde Institute of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (SIPBS) is a state-of-the-art research building located on Cathedral Street in Glasgow city centre. The building, of contemporary design by Sheppard Robson architects, was officially opened in 2011.  SIPBS benefits from a mutlidisciplinary, vibrant and dynamic research environment with world experts in Cell Biology, Neuroscience, Immunology, Drug Discovery and Drug Delivery.
